Joe gets off about 2 1/2 weeks of vacation during the summer in between summer training for the cadets and the new "Fall" semester beginning so we decided to head down south. One of our favorite places to visit is Charleston, SC which we use to vacation to often when we were assigned to Fort Bragg, NC. It's such a quaint town with amazing food, beautiful homes/gardens and of course warm weather! So this was our first stop for 5 days. Of course, it was a bit different this time with three 14 month old's!

The first day we walked around and did a little shopping at their awesome boutiques. Day two we took them on a carriage ride around town (so cheesy, but so fun) and the on day three we went to the SC Aquarium.

The rest of the time there we found a cute little park that they loved running around in. We attempted to take them to a nice "white table clothed restaurant" called High Cotton (our all time favorite restaurant) but only got through drinks and appetizers before a melt down. Brayden started fussing and then turned into a downright hysterical cry (we think due to a stomach ache) so Joe had to take him outside while I had them box up our filet mignon and I packed up Gavin and Ava. For the rest of the nights we just ordered food from all our favorite places for Joe to pick up and bring back to the hotel. Everything was still amazing and we had a blast!
