Summer Vacation: Part 2

The second part of our vacation was in Virginia Beach. We had a few things planned while we were there including, if course, the beach! This was the first time for Ava, Gavin and Brayden at the beach and they LOVED it!

There's a great little park down from my parents house so we took all three down there to get some energy out!

We also went to the Virginia Beach Aquarium on one of the super hot days.  I have to say after visiting the Myrtle Beach, Charleston and Virginia Beach Aquariums the one in VB is by far the best!!! There are so many amazing things to do and see there.  It will definitely be a place that we visit frequently!

Of course we had to have dinner at my old stomping grounds, Bubbas, where I worked as a waitress while in Graduate School back in the day!  It has amazing seafood!!  While we were leaving there were some ducks on the boat ramp which was the babies' first experience with ducks!

It was such a nice two weeks away before the cadets come back to West Point.  We're actually headed back down to Virginia this weekend one more time for a wedding so I'll post some pictures when we get back!
