Gender Reveal

We've seen some really cute ideas on how to reveal baby genders so we decided to do something similar that would involve the trio.  During our appointment Wednesday we had the doctor write down the gender in an envelope and we took it to our favorite bakery, Homestyle, and asked them to make three cupcakes with either pink or blue in the middle.  The downside was that they wouldn't be ready until noon on Thursday which is of course is when the babies sleep.  By the time they woke up Joe had to be back at work so we had to wait anxiously until he got home at 4:00. 

We gave them the cupcakes and let them dig in! So was it blue or pink in the middle...

We will be expecting our GIRL, Emma Louise, September 1st! It'll be nice for Ava to have a little sister!
